Happy with this weigh in. 1.5 kgs lost between last week and this week. I think the probiotics and gut health stuff is helping alot as well as managing stress/cortisol levels and trying to keep insulin low and stable.
After putting on weight the previous weigh-in and not really being sure why, I feel much better about this result. 6.7 kgs down since beginning on 2023 a couple of mini goals reached. Now to keep going down, stay on track. 32 kgs to go to target reached, going to break it up into 5 kg mini goals at a time. If I lose another kg between now and next week I will go down from Obese class 2 to Obese class 1 and my health will improve. Lookign forward to good things ahead.
