Well hallelujah! It's my first weekversary on this losing weight journey!!! 🥳🎉💥 I'm proud I made it to walking 5x for 1 hr, managed to eat very healthy so far, and drink mostly water for the week. Thank you to everyone for sharing your experiences whether it be rejoice or feelings of challenges. Being a mom of 3, I have forgotten to take care of me and now I want to take time for me. On to week 2! ❤️
