I have been gaining. Muscle mass while leaning unwanted fats. I had been on a plateau but it seems that my body is starting to adjust and loose the fat faster. Now I’m focusing on my chest ,abs and my back muscles while doing more cardio and boxing to reduce body fat percentage. Started at 37% body fat. Now I’m at 30% body fat with high water retention and decent lean mass around 28-29%
