Monthly checkin. All measurements the same, maintaining. Weight down a bit. Three months of reverse dieting june-sept and slowly going back to my intuitive eating after 3 months march-june of body recomp has gone well, I am happy with the results and will continue lifting 1-3xweek, walking (or stepper machine), any other movement is a bonus. I’m also considering… considering… verrrrrrry far in my distant mind…to attempt picking up running again. But I am in the early phases of contemplation so no true desire or drive to commit to a program has set in yet. Mostly I enjoy lifting, stretches, and walking 🙂 and when it comes to weight loss, usually less is more because too much or incorrect exercise for someone really can activate the appetite and make it difficult to maintain a deficit for longer periods. Maybe if we have only 5-10kg to lose then being very active is ok, but I know from experience that exercise is not always a beneficial weight loss tool, but it is imperative for mental and physical health 💕
