This downward spiral has to stop. I am reclaiming my life. as of today I am making the most of what and who i am TODAY and not waiting till im thinner or better. I want to live again and not hide from everyone. bugger what anyone else thinks of my body. im strong, fit and I will reach my goals eventually but I need to enjoy this day today and not wait for the future

YES!!!! Today!! FOCUS on TODAY!! Regretting the past cannot help us (except to learn from it and to treasure memories). We cannot live in the future, even though it is wise to make plans.
