For me these last 10 pounds have been transformation. My tighs have slimmed, my stomach is flat and the arm giggle is waning. It took over a year but I finally have back my pre-college body and with it a renewed motivation to love it, show it off and take care of it. suddenly I find that I am not embarassed in the gym or dreading a workout, but excited to get in the best shape of my life to hold unto this silhouette and health as long as I can. A few more pounds and I will reach my down 30 lbs goal where I was at 16 - kicking butt and taking names :) When the school gym reopens next week I am signing up for a couple personal training sessions to get exercises and meal plans to re-build and re-shape myself stronger than ever!
