Yesterday was a nice day. I made dinner and it turned out pretty good. After I got done eating, I felt energized and decided to hit the gym. I don't usually go after eating but I guess its never really been something that I thought about because my old gym had specific hours. I just felt really good before, during, and after. I didn't realize how much I missed that.
