Still moving albeit very slow but moving down. Mostly from just not eating as much as usual. Down to two meals a day. I know ... blah blah blah metabolism, energy, muscle loss. But I am over 300 lbs. a little muscle no problem. Talking mean to myself to the choir. Keep the Faith and Keep Praying.
