Monday again! I feel tired. I need to get the ole' energy up and moving and get my butt to the gym. I am happy so far with my weight loss accomplishments and would like to see even more. My goal for today was 279. I made it. My month goal was 277 by Dec 1. If I am lower that will be awesome. If not I will be fine with it. I am excited to set a goal for December to Jan 1. I would love to feel good about myself again. I am excited to feel good about myself again. I see it in my future now.
