Didn't get to the gym all week. My mother in law is in the hospital spital:( Visits back and forth have disrupted the flow but I have no excuse. I met my weekly step goal but made bad food choices being on the go. My fault totally. New week and new goal of hitting steps,workouts, calorie deficit etc. Keep on keeping on is the key. No need for low points and getting down on myself. Here is to a great week everyone!
