Ok. my moment of truth after a week of following the BFC women over 40 plan I lost 3.5 .lbs. So, you could say I doubled my weight loss from previous weeks. I was averaging about 1.5 .1bs a week. The plan works and I was so full.
Today I'm going back to figuring it out on my own and see how I do. I do plan to make sure I have fat and protein in each meal, since this helps you feel full. I'm also going to make sure I'm eating veggies like; green beans,zucchini, asparagus, spinach and broccoli.
