I am trying to stick to the Phase 1 longer than two weeks. But I had an unusual day yesterday where I carried by daughter-in-law to the doctor and granddaughter as well. We were eating in the car on the run and I wondered how I would do this (usually I am a sit down and eat a salad kinda girl). Well I at a Schotsky's Deli and got a Chicken Ceasar Wrap (wheat wraps are allowed I believe in Phase 2) and the that evening I managed to get 10 wings from Zaxby's. I know they were fried and not baked, but the other options were worse for eating on the run. I just proved though, that no matter how hectic my day could be, I could still make good choices!

That's great that you actually took the time to think your choices through...I think that's really what this lifestyle (I hate to call it a diet!) is all about, just making better choices. Great job!

This has been pretty easy to follow once you research and see what you options are. You are right, it is not a diet, but a lifestyle. I started Phase 2 and felt like I was cheating with I ate a South Beach Snak Bar. In my past history, I had the mentally to think, "South Beach diet bar?" I can have 3 of them !" ha Now I feel like I am cheating. What a mentality change!
