So I survived my first day back... everyone was really pleased to see me , tho my boss is back today
As expected , the kitchen was a carbs fest Limoncello biscuits Danish butter biscuits 2 boxes of m and s extremely chocolatey biscuits A birthday cake!
So I avoided them and came Home and found OH had also bought choc biscuits
Phew!!! Just stayed fasting !!!
Ate some more from the freezer... breaded chicken pieces, so 10g over on carbs,not too bad
Seeing my boss today, will see what she has to say, but it won't be helpful, as I was off for 5 weeks post op!!!
Beef stew in the slow cooker tonite, tho temp may hit 20 degrees today!!!
