ok so I am not consistent. had a few things come up in the past month. boyfriend came for a visit and routines trashed. ended up back in the 260 and a small financial setback has caused a reset.

anyway, I have been experimenting with resistant starch and have had some strange reactions. when I first tried it I think I "overdosed" in the fact that I felt ok, body started functioning normally again, mood improved, strange dreams but, I felt sluggish to the point that I would get a full nights sleep and just want to sleep. like walking and sleeping but not sleep walking. I stopped for a few days and reset using a much smaller dosage. this is day 2 and body is functioning again, mood improved, strange dreams, well rested but not in a drugged state. lets see how this goes.

today I am on a slow start of a liquid fast for 1 day. I have some things I have to push through at work and need the focus. it will be a day of coffee, tea, water, and bullion with citris salad in case. I would love to be strict keto but just cant. I guess I am doing a form of lazy keto by watching how much processed carbs I take in, moderating my protein, and upping the fat.
