Wow! This is pretty big for me. The scale actually said 144 this morning, but I don't record a weight until it's been the same for at least 3 days,. I'm almost half way to my goal! Shirts are fitting me that haven't in years (I've held on to my favorite stuff). Starting to feel better and more confident again. Funny how being overweight can make you feel, shall I say, "less than" sometimes. It has no bearing on your worth, but I think we associate it that way. Anyway, good way to start off a Monday, even if it is raining....again.
