My cousin is having a bake sale and she made me my favorite cake so how do i tell her that i can't take that whole cake home with me,because if i take it home it will taunt me until i eat it all,i need serious help any suggestions

If you can't refuse to take the cake, then accept it and when on the way home, dump it into a garbage container. In the last few weeks since I started FS, I have thrown out food that people have given me (and some that I ordered) because it is the right choice. I have never done that before in my life. It gives you a real boost, so give it a try. That way you don't hurt the feelings of the people that give you stuff, but don't have the food in the house to tempt you. You can do it!!

Thanks,Actually i brought the cake home and gave it to the kids,but i told my wife that if they didn't finish it to keep it away from me so i wouldn't get tempted.So far so good
