Did attend local cancer support center orientation Friday. Very F-in emotional, the staff and programs are amazing.
Saturday, attended a “puppy party” with my son. He had a blast and... being around others impacted by cancer , helpful.
A dachshund crawled on my lap , snuggled in and napped. Memories of rocking my son as an infant. That’s what flared my sciatica. Sitting cross legged, sacral-iliac strain.
Worth it. 🐶
