Finally was able to get back into the gym after a 6 month lay-off due to the problems i was having with my left knee.It was great to be able to workout again just have to remember to take it easy till my knee is 100% again

Take it easy until the knee is fully healed. It's much better to work it slow instead of too hard and then more damage. Glad to see you are back at the gym.
