My gain does not surprise me. I didn't walk today didn't drink enough water and had a preplanned splurge dinner. Went out with my hubby for bbq. Might not have been as bad if I had skipped the corn muffin at 270cal. I asked them to not bring it but they did and my willpower failed me. Back to hitting it hard tomorrow. I am still really happy with my accomplishments so far and don't regret a splurge here and there as long as I plan ahead for it and don't do it often.

Also I got a huge motivator today. An old friend who I only talk to on facebook now a days and has had her own struggles with weight has been commenting on my efforts. She posted on my wall today that she had gained back 3lb. She told me she was going to get back on track and that I was a big inspiration to her! It made me cry and feel so good about myself.
