So I have been mostly low carbing fornthe last 2 weeks and have lost 6lbs. So pleased it's going in the right direction. I try and keep my net carbs at below 50g, but don't punish myself it it creeps slightly over. I'm in the gym 4 days a week so that helps burn it off quick enough. FS is fairly new to me. I'm 1.3lbs away from 2st off since Jan. it's coming off slowly but surely and I want it to stick this time. Being on this platform is really inspirational and is giving me the motivation to keep going. Thank you FS family..... Only 39kg to go! 💪
