Wow! Here I sit all broken hearted, tried to poop but only farted!!! SERIOUSLY!!! I went waaaaaaaay off my diet today. I had lunch with some friends (I actually ate kind of ok. I had shrimp, broccoli and a cup of white rice), then I went to mom and dad's and had dinner with them. Although I tried to make fairly decent choices, I got Kung Pao Trio (wish has a butt load of vegetables, shrimp, chicken and beef mixed together). I guess out of all the other food, it was much more healthier, but I still went off course quite a bit. Tomorrow I start the Phase III of the diet, so I've got to get back on the band wagon for sure. Anyway, I'm going to attempt to read some homework.
