Vacation for a week with my daughter and her family. I tried to stick with mostly my low-carb whole-food plan, but surely wasn't perfect. I haven't been on the scale yet. I always weigh in on Mondays. But, when I did a blood Ketone check this morning, I was only at 0.3. Bleh!
So, I found a great website (ibreatheimhungry.com) with some awesome meal plans, watched some videos from KetoConnect, and made the commitment to go full Ketogenic for the next few weeks. I want to feel what it's like to be truly fat-adapted.
So far, so good. I think this fatsecret spot, will help with tracking carbs, etc. Guess I'll try downloading the app on my phone, too.
Better go grab another glass of water...hoping to avoid the Keto Flu.
