Well, I don’t think I went over my calorie limits this weekend but it felt like I cheated because I ate lots of foods I usually avoid. Like homemade chocolate chip cookies. Which were delicious. But I am SO glad they are gone. (Had Fathers Day company and wanted my dad and my husband to feel like I made some effort. Lots of cut veggies and fruit, plus proteins. But also 🍕 and ice cream 🍨. 😬 Will weight in tomorrow morning but am giving myself a day to re-acclimate first.
