GOODBYE JULY! I WON'T MISS YOU!
Feeling like my weight is up. Look a little heavier and clothes fit a little tighter. Need to get rededicated to better eating as exercise has been good. I've been getting in 4-6 workouts/week but I know I'm taking in too many calories so I'm not losing.
Things are looking up in life and I'm starting to think that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't another train coming at me. Gonna focus on the positives.
Things that I am greatful for: Son at Home! Family Support Feeling pretty good today August is just around the corner
