Posting a weight spread sheet on our fridge has been a huge help! It holds me accountable because anyone who comes to my house can see how I am doing and it's on my fridge so I think twice before I eat something or go to mindlessly snack as I usually do because I am at home on maternity leave. After not losing any weight for 4 weeks and getting really mad at myself, I am now losing more than 2 pounds per week by just behaving with my food and breastfeeding as a bonus. I am hopeful to reach my goal of being down to 180 pounds by June 1st. I have just under 5 weeks to go and 7.5 pounds to lose. With 1.5 pounds of weight loss per week, I can get there! I'm already feeling the difference in how clothes fit which feel really good-I have to get into work clothes pretty soon, so this is important!
