Whew, I had a fight with the urge to eat the Chocolate bar in my freezer. I sat down with the jar of peanut butter and a spoon and my candy. I was so shocked when my husband said "you said you were not going to eat candy? What are you doing?" He said it very gently and reminded me I have a goal to obtain. I was very happy and felt like someone had my back. I was able to go put it back and have myself a peanut butter sandwich, which is still not good, but so much better than candy. Thanks honey! Also- I'm going to use the comedian Patrice O'Neil's situation to fuel me to lose the weight and get healthy. This man was at the top of his game and knew that he was sick. Knew all he had to do was make some changes but he chose to eat, and at the top of his career he dies...at 40 at that! Oh no, I want to see my kids kids graduate from college! I'm going to do this! Watch out world!
