Ok, I've decided to put my scale away for a week. At the moment, it's right next to my full-length mirror, so I keep weighing myself a couple times a day and it's getting kind of obsessive. So I decided to just go a whole week without weighing myself. Maybe it will help me keep focused, maybe it will make me lose focus, I have no idea, but I guess we'll see. Maybe I should also record my exercise and eating all week too. I haven't done that in a while.
This morning, I did 40 push-ups and 250 jumping jacks. Haven't eaten anything yet (cause I woke up at noon).
