thank you all for your support yesterday .. back to work today so steps will increase? And away from temptation of snacking . .
Decided last night to do a fast ? But would like your views on 2 questions .,

1 .. normally have skinny flat whites from Costa

2 .. usually have my protein shake after gym (afternoon) and also about 1 hr before bed ..

I’m I ok to still have these or is it just water ?
Ps I don’t drink teas of any sort .. sorry 🧐x

I’m no fasting expert so I’ll leave it to one who is bound to be along soon. Great to see you back in a positive frame of mind though 👍🏻

Lots of info available from Jason Fung, he's on YouTube. You can do 600-800 calories or water/clear fluids only, whatever you prefer. I do water/mint tea only for at least 36 hours twice a week.
