Ketosis breath tonight. I haven't really been watching for that, think I'll try and track when it shows up - Do I need to have more grams of fat than protein for it to put in an appearance?

I read about ketosis breath but I haven't really noticed it in myself. Maybe I am just not paying attention. I have been wondering the same thing about the fat to protein ratio. Everything I have read seems to suggest more fat than protein, but in my own experience, when I toy with the ratio, it doesn't seem to have much correlation with the result on the ketone strip. There are so many variables affecting each other, it's kind of hard to know what is working and what is coincidence.
