Can't get over how filling it is!! Have tons left over too as cooked a slight too much but know at least in future same rule as pasta and rice don't always need as much as you think!

That looks lovely! I'm still yet to try but really want to. I always reach for bulgar wheat but must get some quinoa 👌

Mmm how did you cook the quinoa ?

I cooked the quinoa in a saucepan in vegetable stock, separately stirfried onions and crushed garlic then added the carrots, some peas and whisked an egg then added that to the pan and mixed it all together, then added the cooked quinoa a dash of soy sauce, tabasco and spring onions. Was soon tastey... I just Google some interesting ways to cook it and came up with this one. Xx
