Ok now I'm moving along !!! It was a rough start but now I am moving in the right direction!! I went to my weigh in last night and it is amazing to me how many people share my same feelings!! I have only been on Weight watchers 2 weeks and already I feel much much better....no more bloaty feeling !!! The first goal I set for myself is 10 pounds!! and I am almost there !!! 10 pounds at a time !!! My next goal is to start working out ... My husband and I are joining a local gym this week. My next goal will be to start working out 3-4 times a week at the gym and on my off days do some walking at home (if this snow ever lets up!!!!) Another goal I set for myself is to be able to wear shorts in the summer (with confidence) I haven't worn shorts in about 5 years !!! and we get some pretty hot summers !!! My husband has started doing weight watchers as well which is a great support for me !!! He of course loses a trememndous amout of weight each week (go figure - men!!).. But, I am sooooo proud of him!!! Till my next journal entry !!!
