finally got a scale today!! I can already see I'll be upgrading to a digital one soon though--my bad eyesight won that argument the first time I looked down & tried to read the tiny lines to figure out my exact weight. Last week was a bad one for the gym--only made it there 3 nights. But this week is off to a better start already & I'm sure I'll be back to my 6x a week without any problems. Although I did miss the gym a lot, I did try to keep my eating habits in check--even with having to go to a family picnic yesterday! I did slip on recording everything in my journal too, so it's definitely back on point with that this week as well. Looking forward to being able to weigh in at the end of the week & start tracking these results!!
