6.0 hrs sleep, 0.0 hrs CPAP, 3 fatigue, RNeck 4, Joints 1;

Slept on couch, oh no!!!!. So no surprise neck is a 4-ish. Cpl RM3 d/o and must p/u in evening. leftover pizza for everyone plus req for garlic knots. Need a good recipe so i can get the yeasties doin their thing!

Must work more at the 11 pm downtime w/ambien and cpap.

Remarkable difference in GI status today. Feeling nicely quiet, had normal_bm , early am after coffees. yea.

Overall joints pain doing well, have to do tyz/tram b/c Rneck is aggravated, feels like it might flare, but I think it's from couch sleep and not overall .

Need to do bands exercise today. Will be in office all day doing stmts. must completed.
