Morning everyone,
arrrr scales gone up again - but to be honest had 3 days this week doing H&S work so little exercise (except gym )
I’ve got 4 full weeks before a week on hols at centre parks and I want to be more toned before my swim shorts go on .. 😀
This want to
1 .. get back to my 3 litres water intake
2... maybe a 2 day fast
3.. considering doing weights late afternoon and going back around 7pm to do cardio for 60 mins ( instead on squeezing 20 mins in after weights )

What you all think of my gym plan ?

I’m tired just reading it lol wish I could do the gym but suffer with arthritis so gyms out 🙁.

Thanks rob - my current routine is being a Posti doing 22,000-24,000 steps for 5 days GYM ROUTINE Sun - arms ..15 mins cross trainer Mon - chest .. 15 mins cross trainer Tue - day off Wed - back - 15 mins - cross trainer Thurs - arms - 15 mins - cross trainer Fri - chest - 15 mins - cross trainer Sat - back - 15 mins - cross trainer Got a poorly hip 😭so no running on treadmill Any thoughts on my routine anyone would be appreciated.. x

I do 2 upper body days and 1 leg day and 1 cardio. 30-40 mins max. I ve done the 1 hr sessions before and i feel the benefits arent as good tbf. But everyone has there own way of working out. Gary shame about the hip as i have a good bike routine, Level 8-10 for 5 mins, level 25 for 5 mins level 8-10 5 mins level 25 for 5 mins,level 8-10 for 5 mins pevel 25 for 5 mins 30 mins in total average between 350-400 cals.
