Finally not sore anymore. There is still a little tightness in my upper quads, but more or less I'm good to go. I got my VS bathing suit in the mail tday and of course I tried it on. I took my wk 5 pix in it and I wasn't really impressed. I know that my body is changing and I have to accept that it is changing slowly. From the inside out. I can see my legs getting a little definition and my arms a little bit to. I'm sure I would be seeing more if I was doing cardio all along. So today Bri tells me that if I'm not happy w/ the way me body is then I need to do more. And he is right. Even when I'm tired, I need to do something.

I can't be mad if I'm not seeing results like everyone else if I'm not following the plan like I should be. I keep reading that people don't start to lose weight until like the 8th wk and I'm only on wk 5. 10 May (Monday), I'm supposed to weigh in. I'm not going to get discouraged by the number if it doesn't change because I know I'm toning my muscles up and getting stronger. And after Monday, I'm going to wait another 2 wks to weigh in. I should put the scale in the closet downstairs.

On another note, I have decided that I would like to get @ least an 80 on my PT test in June. I want to do at least 30 push-ups, and I should be able to max out my sit-ups. I just have to work on my waist and my run time. I have a month and a half to get it together. But it is totally doable. Lifting the weights should be helping out.

So, I'm not bummed or discouraged, I'm renewed. I have a cute bathing suit that I want to look better. I have uniforms that I need to fit it and shorts that I would like to wear. I also have lumps that I want to get rid of. Its a long road, but I'm willing to take it.

One day at a time....
