Been out of town since Tuesday afternoon. Pretty bummed about my massive gain from last weekend. I am not weighing here at my mom's but she is starving me lol, so I surely haven't gained. I made pineapple teriyakit burgers for us last night and had to eat white buns. They are experimenting with a few changes I have implemented here. I have my dad eating the whole wheat bread which every little accomplishment is an accomplishment. I haven't exersized since last Friday, but we have been doing about 8 hours of housework a day cleaning out the storage building. I will check in Monday morning for a final weigh in for this challenge.
