No weigh-in today and it's probably going to be a big gain tomorrow.
It's my wife's birthday and we are off to our favourite shabu shabu restaurant for an extended lunch.
Today's menu will probably include a slice (or two) of cake as well.
Hmmm, never mind, what's life without a little treat now and again.
Diet will restart on Friday.......
