Day 1, breakfast. Chocolate fudge cake (leftover b'day cake), fruit with yogurt and black coffee.
If this diet works, I'll be amazed. If not, at least I'll have enjoyed the food

My wife's birthday cake from yesterday. It was delicious. Tasted of chocolate, but without to much sweetness.

Tasting of Chocolate but not too sweet - sounds like my idea of Heaven. I've taken to buying Lindt 90% Cocoa Dark Chocolate as you only need a square. It's great in Chilli too.
