Fat secret is a great too for recording the journey... (in my case a great reality check). I am VERY good at making excuses for my current situation (O I have always been on the large side I have big bones I dont have time to exercise and eat healthy etc etc) But the reality is this time last year I was 10lbs lighter than I am today (CHECK MY WEIGHT CHART!) even then i was trying to lose weight but clearly thing have been going in the wrong direction...what i would give to be back in that zone again! SO my target for this summer...to get back to the size I was LAST SUMMER and take it from there...
