8.5 hrs sleep, 6.5.0 hrs CPAP, 5 fatigue, RNeck 4.0, Joints 2;
Neck sig better than yesterday. I had flares all day. bad, bad neck day, but it was first bad day in 2 weeks.
Finally had good weight loss this AM. So, I'm fairly certain now that sleep is very impt for weight loss, and exercise helps tremendously too. Plus I know that exercise is essential for neck pain relief. So, I guess today, I workout, but I really need to try hard to keep it minimal, as my neck is still flare worthy.
FedEx brought my new BP meter, and 2 stand alone exercise bands, woooooooot!! I checked my BP during dinner prep 2 days ago and systolic was 180!! So, I'm adding BP lowering supplements, foods to my diet. Exercise will help too, but I think I need to work on Stress relief. I'm just so hyped up right now about my business situation. (sales are down, bills r building & our slow season will start soon).
I'll start meditating and Tai Chi again. Maybe try yoga at the Y. What else helps?
