Not a good few days. I have to stick with my good eating. I did have some snacks off the diet the last few days, and it's made me suffer. Once again, I'm not weighing myself for the next couple days. Eating very strict the next couple of days.

Hang in there Bro! I found it hard to keep good over the weekend when the family got together for Mom's Day. I toughed it out... Your going great on the Protocol and once you get back on track the lbs will be going, going, GONE!
