9:32am - Got up and did my morning yoga for 30 minutes. It felt great and I can feel where I'm getting stronger. I added some yoga pushups which I've gotten a lot better at but still need improvement. For breakfast, I ate 2 bowls of soup (the portions were small) over the course of an hour and I still felt hungry. So I ate an apple with some peanut butter and now I feel satiated. I've realized lately that I haven't been paying close attention to my hunger and satiety signals. I think being sick a couple of weeks ago unbalanced me and haven't recovered completely. I have no excuse for this now so now my intent is to re-create my balance by re-engaging the hunger scale. I plan to let myself get really hungry so when I eat my next meal, I will truly appreciate it!
