Well today is Day 4 of Cycle 3, but yesterday was not good for me! With being so frustrated with things and then learning that I am really not doing things the right way like I thought, I needed to take a day for myself and regroup....so now here we are and I am ready to do this again! Funny how one day you are so ready to throw in the towel and the next you are ready to lose it again! I am feeling great about things again (THANKS DIANE) and I am ready to get ride of this last bit of weight. I put on a pair of jeans today that I haven't worn in a while and to my surprise they are baggy in very way possible. They used to be pretty tight in the legs and they are no longer tight at all....very excited about that! I know now that with the weight lifting that I have been doing I am probably bulking instead of toning, so I am going to concentrate on that and make it happen like I want it too! I am actually feeling pretty great today considering that I didn't eat too well yesterday or exercise at all!!! I guess my body just needed that! Today's eating is going to be a little on the shakey side also...my Niece is having surgery and I am getting ready to head to Children's Hospital to be with the family, so we will see what happens...I am not worried about it due to the fact that I am starting over 100% on Monday. I will follow this weekend, but doing to jump back in head first come Monday and I am going to make it happen! Thanks again for all your support and wishes!

You know I was going thru the same thing yesterday. You just have to jump right back on track. Go by how your clothes fit and not the scale.(easier said than done!!) Sometimes I do think you need a break from the diet in order not to go on a complete food binge!! Just don't go overboard. Look at your weight loss chart you have done great, you are very active in my eyes so you have nothing to be down about, and your jeans are loose? So you know you are losing inches. So start fresh monday and have a great, guilt-free weekend!!!

You have such will power that I know you will be able to accomplish your goal. Keep with the postive attitude and you get there. The jeans should be a great feeling, so you know that the inches are starting to melt off. That maybe another reason why you're not losing any weight at this time - the inches may need to come off and then just out of the blue, the weight will start dropping again. Have a great weekend, I hope everything went well with your Niece.

First off, I hope everything turns out all right with you niece and she is okay. Now, on the jeans, AWESOME! You are building lean muscle and that is awesome. Every pound of muscle you build burns 50 calories a day, that's 350 calories a week just for one pound of muscle!!! You are turning yourself into a fat burning machine, that is great!
