Late workout followed by late supper -- and early weigh in this morning reflected a .2 increase. Writing it off that it was due to the after 8pm workout and dinner.

Delayed Right Now Media Bible Study till this evening. However I was able to take in a short devotional.

Today's insight: "Recognize the battle that is before you and the tools that God provides to win the battle."

Today's tip: Celebrate your successes every day. Be proud of what yo have accomplished and continue to envision the future you.
