I ate almost 1600 calories yesterday and today I have been hungry, so I had to make me a lunch: plain oatmeal with frozen mixed berries, banana, and coffee with milk. I need energy because I have to clean my garden and exercise before dinner

Hope you enjoy your garden clean up and exercise - I love planting and growing things but the clean up not quite so much.

I just do it because it helps me to burn more calories haha, but I really love to eat my vegetables 😋😋💚💙🧡💛

And the exercise gives me a good looking body , so. I took 5 days off and now I am lazy but I still going to exercise 😐💪

Yes, Morris, Normally I do Intermittent Fasting 16/8, but as I have been eating really bad I decided to do One Meal a Day this week, but today I was so hungry, not due to estres , so I decided to eat lunch and dinner today. And the OMAD thing it's more than calories restriction, it's about self control , I want to prove to my inner pig that I decide when to eat not him .
