From what you are eating, I see a lot of fruit and carbs...that is your mistake... I'm not loosing wait because I'm not sticking to the IF....if I fasted properly I would have list a lot of weight.

I agree with Mbuso7, too much fruit and carbs. You shouldn’t be having honey with either, only 1 teaspoon allowed per day. I had researched IF should only begin once you have reached ketosis, that usually takes 2-6 weeks. And dairy also slows down weight loss, try limit that.

I agree with Annelizej40. I also been trying al kind of things since January but I''m still in the 150. The last week I have been eating clean but food that I like and ensuring the calories stayed low because Im not active at all ....
slowly the scale has moved. So Im going to keep on testing this theory till month end and see. Calorie in VS calorie out. lets make it our September challenge

I agree with everyone, I would also like to add that If you are taking Birth control pills they might also be a factor in gaining or not losing weight...

Your portions are just too big, so many fruits (sugar) and try control your dairy intake. Banting does work, maybe give it another try.

I am on thyroid and hormonal treatment and was picking up weight and not losing! What’s working for me now is watching calories! I stay much lower than what it says I can have and as hard as what it was in the beginning, im now losing weight! Try stay below calories (me .... no more than 900 calories a day) for effective weight loss!

take a look at Dukan. do the first five days of pure protein only. apparently that kickstarts the metabolism again. After that just do the calorie counting, but reduce sugars and carbs. remember that simple carbs convert to sugar in the
body.
