Happy to report that my cholesterol level is down! I went from 245 to 199 in 10 weeks. I did this by increasing exercise, significantly lowering my meat and dairy intake, and losing weight. I'm planning to keep this up since I'd like to see my cholesterol reduce even further since it's still borderline high. I'm just happy that it went down dramatically and that I'm able to do something about it by changing my eating habits.

that's great, health is the most important part of this process. When I started this I got out of breath so easily it wasn't even funny. Getting off that couch is key! :D
