A couple of trips to the cottage with friends and I indulged more than I should . Had no low carb treats on hand and drank some wine. That'll do it. Did a 65 hour fast and now back to 18/6 and diary counting carbs. No more than 20 per day. Still trying to perfect that crazy low carb bread.... My goal for now is to stick to my 20 grams per day and record everything that I eat to make sure that there is no carb creep. Not sure what my final goal weight should be but I'd like to see how I feel 6 pounds of fat from now, which means scale weight probably about 130
