Blew the calorie count last night. DH brought home some timbits for my little guy and I had 2 and then at ten o'clock I had to have some Dorito nacho chips and did stop at just a few. At the time it tasted good! I did do some exercise last evening but not enough to burn the chips. Need more will power!!! New day, and hopefully I will stick to my healthy eating ways. Finding it very hard to stay close to my target of 1500 calories per day. I've been eating more and averaging closer to 1800 calories per day. Need to do more exercise. I can do this. I have done this weight loss thing before but was way more active back when I was in my 20s and had less responsibilities!! I will find a way to conquer the bulge!!
