Joined this group Aug 13th and decided to start a new diet Aug 14th, but i actually did really good yesterday. Veggies and a little cold pork for lunch, drinking lots of water and a big salda at supper, loaded with veggies and chicken and Paul Newmens Oil and vinegar dressing. Later for a snack toast with cinnamon on it, took care of any cravings.So off to a good start, feeling a little hungry now, but drinking water usually takes care of that.:)
